is former president of the Jersey Shore Collaborative Law Group. Given his experience as a problem solver, he is often selected as a Mediator and Arbitrator by his colleagues. Matthew served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Patricia B. Roe, former Presiding Judge of the Family Court in Burlington and Ocean Counties. Matthew has spoken at NJICLE, NJAPM, as well as NJSCPA seminars.
is frequently appointed by his colleagues as a Mediator and routinely volunteers as an Early Settlement Panelist to assist the Court in resolving disputed matrimonial cases. Greg has been appointed by the Courts as Guardian ad Litem to assist incapacitated individuals. Greg also served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Patricia B. Roe, former Presiding Judge of the Family Court in Burlington and Ocean Counties. Greg has moderated and lectured at seminars for the Ocean County Bar Association's Family Law Committee, where he is presently serving as the Chair. Greg volunteers for South Jersey Legal Services' Family Assist Program.
is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University and Rutgers School of Law – Camden. After graduating law school, Rob was an Assistant District Attorney for the City of Philadelphia for over a decade before transitioning to the practice of Family Law. In his time as an Assistant District Attorney, Rob was assigned to the Major Trials Unit and prosecuted thousands of dangerous criminal defendants including both bench and jury trials. Rob uses his experience in the courtroom to resolve complex issues families encounter in the uncoupling process while simultaneously negotiating resolutions from a position of strength.
All three attorneys were members of the Domestic Violence clinic at Rutgers Law School, with each attorney receiving honors related to that service. With their settlement minded approach and ability to navigate a trial, the attorneys at our firm have the necessary experience to handle your matter.
